Health Care Event – June 2nd

North Carolina AARP and the National Federation of Independent Business, an unlikely pair, are sponsoring a presentation and reception entitled “Two Views on Health Care Reform.”  It’s Monday, June 2, at in the Daniels Auditorium, NC Museum of History, on 5 Edenton Street, Raleigh. The presentation will be held from 4pm-6pm with the reception from 6pm-7pm. 

 Dr. Nichols was the senior advisor for health policy at the Office of Management and Budget during the Clinton reform efforts of 1993 to 1994 and currently directs the Health Policy Program at the New America Foundation.  Dr. Crippen, former director of the Congressional Budget Office, is a domestic policy advisor for Senator John McCain’s presidential campaign.
