		<description>How much “insurance” ie how any people would be covered if BCBS executives &amp; staff had a $400,000 compensation cap until the current crisis was over? (A good excuse for a trial period.)
    Does anyone know; what portion of collected premiums actually get into provider accounts?
    And why is this true? The young under 40, state employees are buying a BCBS preferred state employee individual policy? Is it because costs less than NC SHP coverage?</description>
