		<description>Louie; Great point to make. try working in one of these hospital where you keep getting the dark and grim side of the financial situations as in cutting staff and hours to compensate for the lost only to hear of the CEO getting crazy high salary along with millons of bonus. It&#039;s time for these Mega healthcare systems to stop  being so bonus driven and remember they are still a service indusrty and get back to providing care a call patients patients instead of customers!!!!</description>
