Here’s this week’s dose of right-wing insanity, courtesy of Think Progress. It comes from last weekend’s “How to Take Back America Conference” in Washington.

One of the workshops was “How to recognize living under Nazis & Communists,” led by conservative speaker Kitty Werthmann. She listed the ways that President Obama is like Hitler, and warned that universal health care and higher taxes where strong signs of Nazism.

Then she had some advice for the audience.

If we had our guns, we would have fought a bloody battle. So, keep your guns, and buy more guns, and buy ammunition. […] Take back America. Don’t let them take the country into Socialism. And I refer again, Hitler’s party was National Socialism. […] And that’s what we are having here right now, which is bordering on Marxism

“You lie” appears to be the least of our problems with this kind of rhetoric spewing forth.
