Did Bill Roper lose his voice?

It looks like UNC Health Care CEO Bill Roper has allowed his blog’s domain name “roperhealth.com” to expire.

The page says only that “roperhealth.com expired on 10/05/2009 and is pending renewal or deletion.” Roper’s musings were quite interesting and informative — I hope he keeps the website alive.

I’m trying to keep my natural skepticism in check and assume that the blog is at a new site or the expiration was an oversight. I’m trying to ignore my inner-conspiracy theorist that says the site was shut down because of Dr. Roper’s more controversial statements (although I couldn’t resist using the suggestive image of someone’s mouth taped shut on the post).
