What your version of the clip omits is her trying to gain back some ground by asking him about the cancer survival rate. He again showcased his preparation in answering her question.

I was fortunate enough to see Franken and Ann Coulter in a CT Forum event several years ago. Franken prepares himself with the facts in an astoundingly refreshing way. While Coulter would make inflammatory partisan statements, Franken would use multiple sources to build his own arguments and destroy hers. Good to see him keeping it up.

Corporate view point on public health care, Cary, NC.

After store manager, Richard Huether, was shot while defending the store against a robber he's fired. The store's corporate headquarters said that he's now eligible for Social Security disability benefits.

I guess I was wrong. Corporate America does support public health care.

Again, the point is missed.

So, for those who can only see to the right of any issue - the point of Senator Franken's questions is to make the point that the countries mentioned have zero medical related bankruptcies.

Now, right thinking people would consider that a good thing and worthy of consideration.
