Someone posted an example of the Blue Cross robocalls on YouTube. When making these calls much more information is required, including a phone number and contact details.

    Can someone please tell me what is so horrible about encouraging people to get involved in the democratic process?

    You’re legally required to leave detailed contact information. Blue Cross broke the law. Seems pretty simple.
