Yes, the government stimulus package kept the economy from complete collapse but in his Weekly Briefing “Question: How should Congress spell “relief” for North Carolina? Answer: J-O-B-S,” Rob Schofield argues that more government assistance is needed to get the state out of the economic doldrums.
