Burr against jobs bill before he was for it

Sen. Richard Burr voted for the jobs bill today that passed 70 to 28.

The bill advanced yesterday after overcoming a threatened GOP filibuster. Burr didn’t show up for the cloture vote, which means he essentially supported the filibuster effort. Anyone not present for a cloture vote is a “no”.
