I agree that if I enter into a contract with the insurer, that I should expect that contract to be binding. The rest of the report is nonsense. These companies are in the business of selling a product that spreads risk. To expect them to provide medical care to their customers makes as much sense as asking auto insurance companies to provide you a car. One troubling insurance company practice is
