		<description>Billion dollar cut yet to come. If you are a person with a disability you already know what that means -- further cuts in services. My bet is that the phrase &quot;determined to resotre some of the funding to the mental health system&quot; has more to do with directing funds to the state level administrative purpose then about money for shoring up services. Jobs may be saved but people in those jobs won&#039;t have anything to offer in the way of services because the money won&#039;t be there for such things.</description>
