Bill Randall runs from conspiracy theory

On the Bill LuMaye show a few minutes ago congressional candidate Bill Randall sprinted as fast as possible away from his claim that the BP oil spill was intentially planned by the government.

Now he says that he isn’t accusing anyone of wrongdoing, even though BP seems to be a fair target for criticism.

Speculation, Randall now says, is one thing. Accusations are another thing entirely. He was merely speculating. Riiiiight.
