Since we have our media controversy raging at the moment, here’s Glenn Greenwald’s take on the double standard by the national media towards politicians who have been involved in scandal.

As usual he has a point, contrasting the way the media refers to “disgraced” former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer and Senator David Vitter, both with experiences with prostitutes.

Liberal no more — today we have a rotten to the core corporate controlled media. This is further evidence.

This wailing and gnashing of teeth from “journalists” is hilarious.

They always crusade on wanting to “shine the light” on closed meetings, personnel decisions, and HR reviews.

It’s a damn shame they can’t take their own medicine.

I’d hate for any journalist to be against getting information into the light.

    Really!
