Who is blocking the appointments of judges James Wynn and Albert Diaz to the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals?

One way it benefits new mothers is by mandating that large employers provide space (other than a bathroom) for women to breastfeed or pump. The law left it up to state regulators to sort out some of the details. Indications are that in North Carolina women will be given extra time to breastfeed or pump in addition to regular breaks.

Highlighting this section of the law is appropriate today at the beginning of World Breastfeeding Week.
