National interest in Franklin County

It sure must be gratifying to folks in Franklin County that people from Dewart, Pennsylvania and Tupelo, Mississippi and Aliso Viejo, California are so interested in who represents Louisburg in North Carolina General Assembly.

That’s where some of the folks are from who have given Republican House candidate Glen Bradley money this election cycle.  Roughly a third of Bradley contributions in the last reporting period were from out of state, not just from other parts of North Carolina that aren’t in Bradley’s district.

And if you subtract the money Bradley has received from Raleigh right-wing-funder extraordinaire Bob Luddy and Bradley’s own mother, then roughly half of Bradley’s money is from out of state.

Who knew that Franklin County was important to people across the nation?

(You can review Bradley’s handscrawled campaign finance report here. Can’t somebody loan Bradley a computer?)
