Rep. Glazier: Keeping federal health care law far outweighs costs (audio)

Rep. Rick Glazier [1] says he “respectfully disagrees” with his colleagues in the General Assembly who want to derail portions of the federal health care law.

House Bill 2 [2] is intended to block the individual mandate in the Affordable Care Act and direct North Carolina’s Attorney General to join other states in challenging the federal law.

But as the anti-health care initiative moves to the floor on Wednesday [3], Glazier says his Republican colleagues need to understand  millions of North Carolinians are benefiting from various portions of the bill they are seeking to weaken.
