Families USA: Affordable Care Act unlikely to be invalidated (Audio)

As the U.S. Supreme Court [1] begins to hear arguments on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), a leading advocate for national health care reform law believes the ACA will prevail.

Rob Pollack, founding executive director of Families USA [2], says while the Obama administration’s health care reform law has become a political lightning rod, many of the ideas put forth by the ACA were originally introduced by Republicans.

Pollack, who joined us on News & Views over the weekend, discusses who has benefited over the last two years since the legislation was signed into law, and the millions of Americans who stand to benefit in 2014 when the act is fully implemented.
