Check out this new and sobering BTC Brief from the N.C. Budget and Tax Center. It provides more evidence that North Carolina is making a huge mistake by disinvesting in post-secondary education.
And as this news story from yesterday makes clear, American industry is already feeling the negative effects of this disinvestment.
