Looking to the future – the changing demographics of North Carolina

The Center for American Progress [1] has been taking a closer look at the demographic shifts [2] in North Carolina. A generation gap is forming and there has been a steady growth of communities of color. As CAP notes in its article [3] on demographic changes and immigration politics, Latino consumers and entrepreneurs are assisting the expansion of the state’s economy and immigrants are more and more an essential part North Carolina’s workforce and the economy.  Take a look at this cool infographic [4].
