There’s more evidence  from Tennessee, Florida, and elsewhere that North Carolina ought to stay away from the for-profit cyber charter school scheme being pushed by K-12 Inc. and the public education privatizers.
A Tennessee legislator summed up his state’s experience with K-12 Inc. very clearly.
State Rep. Joe Pitts, D-Clarksville, called the school “a risky experiment that blew up in our face.”
We don’t need exploding experiments in North Carolina public schools.
