NC Republican leaders can’t agree if NC Medicaid is broken or best in nation (Video)

Some Republican leaders in NC are saying the Medicaid health care system for low income people is “broken” and “wasteful” and are using this as an excuse not to expand Medicaid under Obamacare.  Other Republican leaders aren’t on board with the “wasteful” and “broken” talking point and are extolling NC Medicaid’s access to providers and the fact it has the lowest rate of spending growth in the nation.  NC Medicaid works – let’s expand it under the Affordable Care Act.
