Governor Pat McCrory will be speaking with students at Hoggard High School in Wilmington tomorrow, Friday. It’s an UNpublicized visit.
There is a protest permit for 9:00-10:30 am at corner of 41st & Shipyard. Signs okay but no banners per ordinance. Spread the word and rally the troops! Wear RED for Public Ed!
