    Re the taking of powers of the newly-elected Governor, does this require a lawsuit because it sounds
    unconstitutional to me. Even if it was used back in 1998.

    Maybe we just shouldn’t vote at all – wouldn’t that please the Republicans……. I am hoping that the Democratic legislators will file legal action against this disgusting takeover of the responsibilities of our
    Governor-elect Cooper. We need to fight this!
