Tired of delays, Senate Dems file first bill to fully repeal HB2

After numerous delays to today’s special legislative session, Senate Democrats are taking the initiative and filing the first bill to repeal House Bill 2.

Senate Bill 3 put forth by Senators Jeff Jackson, Mike Woodard, and Terry Van Duyn reads:

So far, this is the only piece of legislation that mentions repealing HB2.
